Punjabi alsi ki pinni


 Ingredients:

4 cups Multigrain flour (or wheat flour)

1cup Flaxseed ((alsi)roasted and grounded)

 1cup mix nuts, dry roasted and roughly chopped (I use cashew, almond and pistachio)

4 tbsp sesame and melon seeds

1/4 desiccated coconut 

1/4 green raisins 

2 tbsp edible gum (fried and grounded)

3 cups ghee

1tsp Kamar kas (fried and grounded)

2tbsp black pepper 

2tbsp ginger powder 

2cups icing sugar 


Method:

Heat ghee in Kadhai and roast flour till changes colour and aromatic. Add ground flaxseed, black pepper, edible gum, bengal kino, ground ginger, dedicated coconut, sesame seeds and melon seeds cook for 2 mins. Add chopped dry fruit and raisins cook for 2 mins and turn off the gas. Let the mixture cool down for at least 45 mins and add icing sugar make sure sugar is well incorporated. Now make laddoo and enjoy.
